I use Michigan Urgent Care for virtually all of my medical needs. The Waterford location specifically, is my absolute favorite. The staff is always friendly and very accommodating. It appears that there is not much turnover at this location which says a lot by itself. Blanca and 2 of the full time receptionists are the best!! Sadly, I've had to visit several urgent care facilities in my 51 years but this one is by far the best!!

Professional staff excellent attitudes!! Although the Wi-Fi is sketchy my in and out time was wonderful!

I love going to this urgent care. You can get last minute appointments, and I never have to wait. The staff is super friendly. Every PA I’ve had is wonderful. They are knowledgeable but also really nice.

The receptionist and the PA on duty for the day were awesome. The check in process was effortless and I was seen very quickly. The attention to detail referenced my visit and the care provided. I am visiting relatives from out of state and was welcomed with a smile and staff resolved my issues quickly. Cleanliness of the facility, everything had its place and staff worked well together. Great place to visit and have your medical needs attended too. Thank you,

My First time here. The front desk is very nice and friendly. The staff was very nice and friendly. The doctor was awesome. 3 minute wait and I was back there. Everything was awesome. Ty guys for everything today.

I’m visiting the area from out of town. It was a relief to find a quick solution to a health problem that occurred. Thanks to all who helped in this very friendly office.

The office staff were great! The only issue was a technical problem with trying to upload my insurance info through the online system they use, but the office staff were able to handle it on their end just fine, so it was just a minor hiccup. Everyone on staff was friendly and competent, and they were all wearing masks, which is a big positive in my book, especially since the concern I came in with was possible covid. Would definitely recommend.

My first time here as a new patient. The wait was maybe 10 minutes if that. The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.

Staff here is outstanding. They are very caring and so thorough! This is one of the many reasons thst we all come to Springfield Highland --- they give excellent medical care and treat patients so kindly. Very thankful to have this Urgent Care facility close to my home, but I'd drive a long distance even if it wasn't. Thank you!

Had been to the clinic the week before with a UTI, the meds didn’t totally clear it up, I came back for a recheck scheduled and appointment on line very easy.  The staff are amazing I was taken right in and was out within 20 minutes with a new prescription
