          This was my second visit to this location.  I was happy to have the online scheduling option and the screen in the waiting room showing I needed to check in.  The staff is VERY friendly, prompt and courteous.   I have recommended this office to others and have been told they were glad they went there.  Thank you for opening one in our neighborhood.

          I got out of bed this morning and my right knee hurt so bad I had a hard time standing without pain.  I was given several options to look into that could help with the pain.  I would definitely recommend this provider.  She was very kind and gave me several suggestions of things to check into to, to help with my pain.           My son needed to be seen for his ear and the scheduling was great, wait time was short, the front desk people were amazing but the nurse practitioner/ Dr was not friendly at all!!! She looked in his ear and said I can’t help right now but come back in a few days and I said will I have to pay the $50 copay again and she said well it’s not my fault, do you want to sign a waiver in case he gets permanent ear damage. I said no absolutely not I just live on a small income and she wasn’t kind about it at all. I will NEVER go back if Samantha Thomas is there again!! Other than her everything else was great. Even the pharmacy technician was helpful and kind.

The fact that this Henry Ford facility has access to your My Chart on the Epic system made the transition to a new facility easy. A very nice building and an convenient location. Staff was friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioner I saw knew exactly what was going on with my condition and friendly. I would definitely recommend Henry Ford Go Health Urgent Care.
