Took a spill and feared a broken bone in my hand. South Huron Urgent Care took great care of me. Waited about five minutes to be seen. Dr Cindy is great!! X-rayed, splinted and I'm ready to go, with follow up instructions that she went over with me. She showed me the x-ray, and explained what was going on. They took time and care with me. While I was initially hesitant to visit an urgent care facility - the location and "newness" of this office (plus, my need for quick answers) - prompted me to visit on 1/31/23. It was absolutely a pleasure. All staff members (Specifically, Dr. Dwaik and the triage nurse) were knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Since I often have a difficult time getting an appointment to see my longstanding family doctor due to short business hours and a packed schedule, I will gladly visit Family Urgent Care should the need arise.
