Was battling UTI pain and in and out with diagnosis and prescription.  It was a great experience.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

Scheduling an appointment was easy and I only waited a few minutes to be seen. The dr was very nice but he sounded like he was reading off of a script. I thought I had a sinus infection after he examined me I asked him what thought and he said swollen lymph nodes and inflamed throat super vague. He said I can give you something to help kick this. I said ok great. He rambled off a medication in which  I figured was  an antibiotic. I got to the pharmacy only to find out it was a steroid. Which is FINE. I am all about antibiotic stewardship and not over using and I like his approach I just wish he would have explained to me WHY he was starting with this. I had to ask the pharmacist why I was prescribed a steroid. Again happy with not overly prescribing an antibiotic and trying to get everything to drain first but he really did not explain that and he should have. And he should have said if you don’t feel better after this is done give us a call. Real opportunity missed to educate his patient.

I was a walk-in experiencing  a sore shoulder. The wait time was quick and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous.

Staff was friendly and was in and out quickly. Dr had great bed side manners and listens to me. Didn't feel rushed. Would definitely go back when need to.

Krista and Mary at the front desk were so welcoming and helpful, and Shanon and Cindy took great care of me with kindness and did an excellent job, I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Easiest and most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Check in was seamless, everyone was friendly and I received compassionate care.

Staff if always fast, helpful, friendly, and thorough.

They are very fast and nice with the customer and they have been a lot and they so kind with the patient

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I was very well taken care of!  Once I got to the secretary, she took my information and about 5 minutes I was taken in.  Once inside, the nurse took care of my vitals and made sure I was situated.  Then the doctor came in and was very attentive to my health problems.  Overall, I definitely refer this Urgent care facility to my family, friends and co-workers.  Thank you for helping me!
