I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

I always recommend this business when people ask for a walk-in, the staff is so friendly, I never have a long wait time ever! Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion. I recently went to the diagnostic side of the IMA Facility in Shrewsbury and can’t praise them enough. The office was clean and neat. I was greeted by the friendliest front desk receptionist, Deborah. I had some paperwork to fill out which took about 5 mins and I was immediately brought back for my Bone Density Scan. The imaging tech Rachel was terrific. She explained everything that was going to be done in full detail. She always asked if I was comfortable. The results of the test came back on time as promised. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend getting any testing done in this facility. 5+ Stars
