          Everyone was very nice. I needed to get my ears cleaned out and the process was very painful. I've had it done before at different facilities and it was a much better experience. I mentioned that it hurt but she kept going. Yes, my ears got cleaned out in the end but it could have been a better experience.

          I booked an appt the day before and was seen right away. I like that you can register and do all the paperwork online before the appt. Also, you can check in on your phone and it shows you a wait list. I went to the one in Linden and the staff was nice and friendly.

          Scheduling was easy and not too detailed. Check in was friendly and pleasant. Wait times were great when i went around 11:00am. Nurse practitioner was pleasant and helpful.
