          Being a RN for 50 years I must say the Immediate Care office at Wick Plaza in Edison is outstanding! From the friendly & courteous front staff to the excellent care of Dr Christine Ibrahim. It’s so wonderful how Dr Ibrahim is so knowledgeable & caring. This is rare these days. In the recent past I’ve had doctors who are more concerned with the computer than the patient. I must say Dr Ibrahim is an asset to your corporation. I’ve worked in ICU & ran 2 huge practices in my experience. Dr. Ibrahim would definitely be a must hire in my opinion.           Didn't get a call back with results the day after visit. The Dr. Asked me to take Motrin, I can't take it because I take iEliquis & high blood pressure medication. Other than that the two ladies at the front desk were friendly, helpfull & polite. Thank you

          Booking was easy but I wasn’t seen for about 45 minutes after appointment time. The waiting room was empty with the exception of only 1 other person waiting, the receptionist was mostly there but couldn’t be seen from the waiting room Odd. The doctor on duty was attentive, perceptive, referred me for testing. And called me the next day to make sure I received the right care. Impressive!

          I am always pleased with service I receive at this facility.  I must say I feel really sick and was given an antibiotic and cough syrup for my symptoms.  I hope by Friday I am feeling better.  For some reason this time there exist an element of doubt however we will see.  I certainly will call if I am not better by Thursday. I would recommend the facility.

          I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.

          I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

          I hate doctors!!!  But this was the best experience ever.  Major infection from poison ivy and an insane and painful full body rash.  The staff and Dr. were great and exceeded my expectations.  I got information and the meds needed to recover (soon hopefully). Also picked up some referrals. A big thank you to this Doc and his crew.  Five Stars!
