Scheduling flawless, courteous staff, excellent care!

This appointment was a recheck of my appointment from the week before for a toe infection. Scheduling the appointment was easy, as was the check-in. The medical assistant was comprehensive in his assessment of my reason for the visit, as well as in checking my vitals. The doctor explained exactly what was going on at this point in time with the toe in a way I could understand and answered all my questions. I left feeling very relieved.

My latest visit had to do with a wound with a bleeding would not stop. It was not due to an accident or a concussion, but without getting into specifics, the staff handled it properly quickly and professionally.

Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

They treat you for maybe a few minutes and then run off to the next patient. Multiple times I’ve come and the staff has no time for me or my issues. Not even sure I’m getting proper care, just a quick solution.

Thank you for agreeing to monitor my hand infection while its being drained till it heals. She did a wonderful job packing the incision for me. She knew exactly what to do. Thank you again. I will see you weekly until it is cleared and healed.
