I’ve been so impressed with my 2 visits there, I bought my husband because he had bad cold & chest congestion. He’s hard to please with his medical care. And he was very impressed with the entire experience. Emily was on top of everything, as usual. Ordered chest x ray, made pneumonia diagnosis & ordered appropriate medications. Great job again! Thanks to all the staff. Short wait time.

Usually do like service, but today not so much.. the doc basically told us our  padiatric primary doc instead of going into pm…strange

The staff was attentive and friendly, from check in to leaving. A bit of a wait time but not due to staff. The doctor explained everything clearly and allowed for questions. Will use again if the need arises.

Woke up very sick. Called but no openings. Had to book an appointment and wait the next day to be seen. Doctors and their assistants very attentive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend been seen here for more than 8 years.

The provider and staff were great. I went there on whim and glad I did the doctor was great, she listened to my concerns, was a knowledgeable and caring. I booked and checked in online which made process quick and easy.

I was pleased with my care, but very annoyed that I was charged a credit card convenience fee on an OCA Cafeteria Plan credit card. Not sure if the company will accept the convenience fee charge in addition to my copay. No fee should be charged for a non personal credit card.

I booked appointment online. No wait time. Pleasant staff and knowledgeable. Gave me what I needed to get better. Clean facility!

Ryan customer service and professional manner is what that place needs in the future. He brings life to a place, where people who come to be seen for illness a comfortable place. The wait time is to long in this day and age of life, but overall I enjoyed my visit.

Highly recommend this urgent care. The excellent care and friendly staff makes the visit go smoothly and stress free. Knowing that the doctors treats your child as if they were they’re own.

I appreciate the convenience of Sunday hours. We had a slight allergic reaction and they were able to see us promptly. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Great office!

I was very put off by the fact you have to leave a credit card on file! I am very uncomfortable with doing that in this day and age! Receptionist honestly had no warmth… behind the desk personality and seemed robotic! NO other urgent care DEMANDS this… Back office was Amazing… X-ray tech awesome.. Alison PA(?) or dr. Was fantastic! Care great! On a side note I had trouble with the billing dept. when this was under another name! Not sure if the same person heads this up now but she was nasty! I will probably go to City Med as they have a much better system up front!

The pediatrician urgent care exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff was friendly, the facility was clean, and the care provided was top-notch. Highly recommended! 5 stars!

My daughter complained of ear pain that was getting increasingly worse. Her pediatrician's office was closed, so we headed here. We were probably there for about an hour. Everyone was very polite and kind, and they tested my daughter for strep which came back positive. The doctor suggested amoxicillin, and I asked her to prescribe augmentin instead because we've had issues where amoxicillin didn't fully treat her ear infections. The doctor called it in and we left. When I got the prescription the dosage seemed weird to me, much larger than I remembered giving my daughter previously. The next day I checked with her pediatrician and he advised me to cut the dosage in half. I'm very happy I double checked with him, I can't imagine giving double the recommended dose is good for a four year old!
