We love every part of PM Pediatrics. Love the Doctors, quick access to X-rays and of course the interaction with the kids. PM pediatrics offers world class care without the wait or hassle of an emergency room. Kids are the priority. My only complaint is the check in. Computer systems will create multiple profiles for your kids. Very frustrating when billing gets crossed, children get confused and you have start fresh each visit.

First time client. Outstanding experience. Easy sign in and data entry mostly electronic and fast (DID NOT have to fill out tons of paper forms, thank goodness). Kept updated on minimal wait times, everyone friendly, efficient, intelligent and professional. Highly recommended. This was as smooth an experience as I’ve had at an urgent care facility.

I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.
