It’s a bit ambiguous that one can make a “reservation” but not schedule an appointment. I was able to make a reservation online and arrived fifteen minutes early. Although I had a very good experience overall, it was ridiculous that I had to wait for almost an hour to see the NP. For such a large facility to have only one practitioner on a Sunday is unfair to us patients, and in my opinion burdensome to the NP as well. As a result, this left me with a negative feeling about Atlantic Health Urgent Care because there was nothing urgent about it.

I have been coming for years & I have had a wonderful & the staff are patient, professional and knowledgeable. I feel that they are very through & fast treatment without being rushed. I would recommend Carbon Health-Somerset for your medical needs.
