Booked an appointment online, showed up 15 minutes before hand, they saw me almost instantly after I checked in, before my appointment time! Very friendly and caring staff that did the most to make me feel comfortable the whole time. My nurse/technician was Rich and he was the best to work with. Really liked this experience and will go back if needed.

I’ve been so impressed with my 2 visits there, I bought my husband because he had bad cold & chest congestion. He’s hard to please with his medical care. And he was very impressed with the entire experience. Emily was on top of everything, as usual. Ordered chest x ray, made pneumonia diagnosis & ordered appropriate medications. Great job again! Every doctor, assistant, every front desk , all staff provide excellent service and therefore there is no wait, prescription written and further medical attention is discussed at length when recommended. Doctoring skills and knowledge  are outstanding as well as the Gathering of medical  information  and  the office and restrooms are inaccurate.  Everyone is exceptional kind and caring. Excellent!

I was pleased with my care, but very annoyed that I was charged a credit card convenience fee on an OCA Cafeteria Plan credit card. Not sure if the company will accept the convenience fee charge in addition to my copay. No fee should be charged for a non personal credit card.
