Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

I got 7 emails and texts confirming my appt The unnecessary application is endless. I have been here at least one dozen times and still must present my health ins cards. And i have medicare and emblem. An enormous bill appeared next after the appt!!!!!!!! WHY????? The phone call is long and takes many turns to get through to a person.  Left a message and called three hours later, as no one called me back Lovely PA but computer issues are ancient

I felt I was finally heard during this appt I was to two other outside offices and here she heard my struggle with my asthma and treated it the right way

Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

Book on line process requires getting out your wallet to take photos of your Insurance card and your ID, front and back… That’s annoying also required every visit..

Woke up not feeling well took a Covid test at home came positive but just wanted to be sure so made an appointment to be seen and get a medical result I was Covid positive they were very nice very thorough and gave me tips on things to do to stay comfortable while going through this amazing place overall only thing is i suggest you make an appointment online before you go or you could be sitting there a while waiting to be seen

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.
