Booked a last minute appointment on a Friday night, my toddler’s cough took a turn and seemed like she was having a harder time breathing. The staff was so kind and the physician was extremely thorough and reassuring, laid out next steps. Great experience, was easier than a sick appointment at the pediatricians!

When a patient has an appointment, upon arrival and they check in they shouldn’t be made to wait behind a walk-in. Who chooses to hold up the line attempting to check in, while another member of their party fills out the medical forms. Receptionist she advise them to have a seat and come back up to the window once the forms are completed.

The staff and the doctor were all extremely professional and attentive to my needs.

First time visitor with new insurance carrier. No paperwork needed to complete when I arrived for my appointment because I complete it online before arriving, which was nice. Staff was courteous and friendly to talk to. Physician understood my condition and prescribed the meds I needed for recovery. Overall the whole encounter took less than hour.
