My son wasn’t feeling well so I schedule a appointment for him and we was able to see the doctor right away , the check-in procedure was quick and easy the staff was lovely and the entire visit was great.

They always very kind very caring about each and everything  I really appreciate them

Nurse Practitioner and her assistant were courteous and paid attention to my symptoms. I have been at the New Rochelle urgent care before and satisfied enough for a return visit.

The team here is always so kind, the office space is as impeccable as I’d hope a medical facility to be - and everyone from the front desk, to the nurses and most recently the Drs have been so easy and warm to talk to.  I’m happy this space came to our neighborhood.

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you

Dr. Richard and staff were both professional and friendly. Honestly, I cannot be thankful enough. I absolutely recommend this center to anyone in need of urgent help.

Making an appointment means nothing. They see you when they want to. They need more staff. They are all working double time but there are not enough of them.

Had two staples removed from a cut on my head .....I walked in the waiting time was maybe ten mins max....the doctor removed the staples in two mins and I was out of there. The entire process took twenty mins from beginning to end .The doctor was friendly and reassuring

Woke with coughing and wheezing and hard to breathe. Got an appointment right away and medication to help me. Staff was very pleasant.

They told me it would be a 30 minute wait and nobody was in there and they didn’t call me in the room until 50 minutes later but still it was great
