I’ve been to White Plains Urgent Care twice.The physicians are very thorough, professional and kind and answered all my questions. The staff is professional as well and the office and exam rooms are very clean.

I had a sore throat for a few days and made an appointment for a strep test, which was scheduled for an hour later. Everyone in the office was so nice, that includes the doctor. I'm so glad they're so conveniently located. Hopefully I'l never get sick again, but if I do, I know where to go

Been having frequency in urination for 2 days and instead of calling my primary physician I walked in at the AM PM urgent care facility and got the care I needed within 45 min.

The provider was so professional and through. He was easy to talk to and listened to me with such care for my situation. I always come to this location when the need arises because I know the care will be exceptional.

Will not write about my experience other than the fact that the receptionist  young lady that checked me in and took my vitals was excellent. Do not want to share what followed.

Doctor couldn’t have been less friendly. She seemed annoyed at every question I asked and practically had one foot out the door during her 1 minute exam.

Nice people - took good care of us and provided treatment and then prescriptions for the required meds. So glad they exist !!! Thank you
