Great follow up visit, I would recommend  as a primary care doctor.  The staff is great and make the process to easy.

Online scheduling was easy . Once arrived I greeted the receptionist they seem a bit uptight . The doctor 🧑‍⚕️was  nice he explained and answered my questions .

This is by far one of the best hospital experience I’ve had in this country ,  Great job guys

The lady they have working there right now at the front desk is a very professional and good person.. that’s rare for urgent care. Make sure you keep her happy.

There was no wait, but I had to use an app to check in, which took about 10 minutes.  So, why are there employees at the front desk, if I’m doing their job for them?  I could see the benefit of this if there were 5 people waiting to check in… but they couldn’t do my intake when I was literally the only person in the waiting room? I was pulled into the room pretty quickly, but then waiting in the exam room for about 1/2 hour.  The doctor was friendly and listened to my list of symptoms and then examined me.   Besides the check in process and wait to be seen by the doctor , everything was positive.

Dr Marshall is a fantastic Dr. please get him more hours in Monroe

Never heard back from anyone to confirm my appointment due to the storm.  Tried numerous times to call and then went online and it said the office was closed.

They were perfect, attentive and aligned with all of my needs! Much suggested!

The PA was excellent and thorough. He was evidence based, professional and explained his thought process.

The personal was Very nice and fast, I love it, lo recomiendo 100 por ciento
