I arrived and immediately greeted politely by the lady taking care of paperwork. She offered me the fill out paper when I couldn’t get my phone to scan the scan block. After filling in the paperwork my wait was only a few minutes. The nurse was very professional and kind, the PA was was also. I got a swab test for Covid-19 and came back negative. I had a steroid shot for seasonal allergies and left all within 40 minutes. Excellent service, thank you.

Hardly any weight. Staff from the front and back were all very kind and helpful. I had injured my ankle and had my 4 yr old with me. The person who brought me to the back let him feel included in helping me and didn’t get irritated with him and all his questions. I had to get crutches and the lady at the front was amazing and helped me navigate the doors and help me to my car. Very happy with my overall experience.

Staff was friendly. Wait time a lil long, but understandable as I was a walk-in. I was asked if I had questions or concerns. I been to other places where they seem to want just rush you out, not here.

My nurse with the blond hair (I’m so sorry, the president could have been there and there’s a chance I may have not put 2 and 2 together) she was wonderful! Her bedside manner was on point! The only person you’d possibly receive better care from is your own mother, and unless she’s in the healthcare field we’ll just have to call it close. Thank you to dr. Daniel for being extremely time efficient, you made me feel like a person whose time mattered, you answered all questions in a manner that did not leave me with more questions than I even began with. Will be recommending, and I can say that’s honestly the first time I’ve ever said those words when “urgent care” was the topic.

I came in as new patient and had mentioned that keep seeing a black line in my field of vision. Jennifer Adoh listened to me as I told her my problem then she examined my eyes and then told me she wanted me to see an ophthalmologist. I had my appointment yesterday with the ophthalmologist and I have class for cataracts in both eyes I’m going to have to have my lenses removed and artificial lens is placed. Many times front office staff are rude or antagonistic. The dr I had led without notice after he referred me to a rheumatologist that left without warning after 1st appointment. These people are careless with patients.

UPDATE : I left the hosp yesterday evening and it wasnt a pleasant exit. This is a review on my "Doctors". My original PA hardly saw her and she didnt seem to do anything to find out what was going on with me. When I came in I was in horrible pain in my stomach, come to find out I had pancreatitis. I understood that but I also understood that I was still in pain after I ate. I was on 24 hr NPO then clear liq, I couldnt tolerate the beef broth I was drinking. Now if I was a dr I would be concerned that my pt wasnt able to drink even after labs came back that my lipase was back to normal. Something is obviously not right. Nothing was done to find out the answer. I layed in bed getting NS and MORPHINE EVERY 4 HOURS FOR MY PAIN for 4 days. I had 1 CT the 1st day I was there and that's it. I had 2 rounds of blood work. Once things looked normal concerning the pancreatitis I was no longer cared for. Now the 2nd Dr I saw, that my family and i requested because my 1st Dr said " oh your fine eat normal" I had 1/4 of cake and doubled over in pain crying and guess what. NADA. Enter new Dr. Anfter rambling and raising his voice at my mother and I he said " there are no tests to be done. You are not in here for anything other than pancreatitis. You have functional diarrhea. The pain is all in your head. " he then stormed out. If my PT was having so much pain on the constant that she couldnt eat anything due to pain I would be concerned and do everything I could to find out why that was. I only had pancreatitis? No sir I didnt you arrogant....Screw you. You sir DO NOT need to be a Dr. You sir do not understand the hippocratic oath. You sir suck at bedside matter. When I find out the reason behind this pain I will come to you and shove the diagnosis in your face and remind you when you became a Dr it was to treat the whole person and ALL symptoms not just one. Good thing your NURSES ARE ON POINT AND ACTUALLY GIVE A DAMN ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS !!!! I will remember that there is art to medicine as well as science, and that warmth, sympathy, and understanding may outweigh the surgeon's knife or the chemist's drug. I will remember that I do not treat a fever chart, a cancerous growth, but a sick human being, whose illness may affect the person's family and economic stability. My responsibility includes these related problems, if I am to care adequately for the sick.
