          I ended up here after going to Utica location first. I had a 9:30 appointment and was there early at 10:15 I asked and was told it was going to be at least another hour. Not what they told me when I checked in. They suggested I go to the brookside location as there was no wait. She assured me she had checked me in and I would already be in line at that location. Absolutely not true. I got in line behind 3 other people after I arrived. The providers were great and it didn’t take too terribly long at this location. The experience at the Utica location was extremely frustrating and makes me question returning in the future. If you don’t honor appointments why do you make them? A two hour wait with an appointment isn’t really acceptable.

          The nurse was wonderful! The PA appeared bored and disinterested. She was going through the motions and acted like she would rather be anywhere else but at work. I would not want to ever see her again.

          This was a great experience for a major problem. My son dislocated/broke his thumb at school. I took him in and we were being seen within 10 minutes. David was great with my son. He talked him through the problem and the coming process. David got my son x rayed and then after numbing the thumb he reset it and got us out of there with a brace. It was not a great day for my son. But our experience at this clinic was excellent! Thank you for the great care!!
