Overall the visit went well - check in, wait time. However I had difficulty with understanding the PA’s English. Although I received pertinent advice for my infected finger, the PA was not specific about how to ‘take care’ of my cuticles to avoid future infections. She also didn’t ask what I presently do to protect them.

Everytime I go here the front desk workers are pleasant and kind. Every nurse and doctor I’ve experienced has been helpful, knowledgeable, and empathetic. This urgent care is a little out of my way but I continue to come because of the good experiences I’ve had

My nurse was very friendly but also thorough and professional at same time.The Dr put me at ease as I was a lil nervous and embarrassed at same time.I would rather go there than regular Dr office.

GREAT STAFF!!! The receptionist is so friendly and speaks to you nice.. I went yesterday morning, Dec 21st.. I dont know her name but she opened the doors at 8a. I was in at 8 checked in like 8:04, signed everything in a few minutes, and sat til like 8:37- 8:40. The Dr., i forgot his name but he is so nice and calm. Very nice ppl. Thanks for being nice. I would recommend.

AFC in Clementon, NJ is wonderful! I took my child there and the staff was amazing from the front desk to the doctor. The medical assistant was wonderful with my son and made him relax while he was there.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.
