Today is the first time I learned about Carbon Health when it was recommended to me by the local CVS. Everything about my visit today was excellent! They are definitely my new urgent care center and I plan on telling my friends and family all about my pleasant experience there this morning.

Dr. Schmidt is an outstanding professional with truly gifted hands. He knows exactly what he’s doing, and I trust him completely when it comes to cleaning my ears. I won’t let anyone else perform this procedure because his experience and expertise are unmatched. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and takes great care of his patients. After every visit, I can hear clearly again and feel so much better. If you know, you know,Dr. Schmidt is the one to see. I highly recommend him and would choose him 10,000 times over. Had a strong cold, worried it might be pneumonia, it wasn’t, thankfully but I was immediately seen by the doctor and was immediately rxed and medicated. Very glad I went there! And strongly recommend it!

What a wonderful place!!! The front desk staff was so welcoming, friendly and efficient. After filling out our paper work we were immediately seen by an intake nurse. And as soon as she finished Tim, the PA came in to us. He listened attentively, asked good questions , checked a couple of things and came up with a diagnosis. He gave us a lot of good information by way of explanation and didn’t rush us. He prescribed medication, gave us instructions as to what to do and not to do and offered for us to call him during the week if we had questions. It was a great experience by extremely capable staff. We were very impressed by the quality of care every step of the way.

I thought it was extremely easy to book a lab test appointment with Labcorp. Getting the test done was simple and so was the getting the results! Great job putting together something so user friendly.

It was my first time here very clean. All the women behind the desk we're knowlegeable and professional. It was worth the wait Doctor Ellis and the blonde nurse were great Doc did very good job with my toddlers stiches.

Great discreet service, scheduled my visit and paid for for the test online not in Showed up at lab, checked in and was seen within minutes. Blood and urine were collected, test results came back quickly within 2 days because I did my test on a Friday. Quick, easy and cheap. Didn't have to wait for a visit to my PCP, and then get referral to lab.
