Really professional group. Everything was easy and well done.

I went first appointment in the am for preop testing  I was called in and quickly given all tests  They said would be sent to my doctor . I had to call three times as they never sent the test results as indicated. The follow up was poor I called after being left a message to call the doctor to call me with results I called three times and was never called

My visit was fine. But, I was told to come back the following day between 1-6pm for an x- ray. I was told this by both the Dr and the girl at the front desk. I asked both of them to be sure. I came back today at 4:30 and they said the person that died x-rays left at 4. Another woman that was there was rude and told me she couldn’t have told you 6. Like I said I asked 2 different people to be sure and the both told me 6pm. Then the were both rude and stopped acknowledging me like u wasn’t even there. No apology or anything.

Easiest and most pleasant urgent care experience I’ve ever had. Check in was seamless, everyone was friendly and I received compassionate care.

Staff was friendly and was in and out quickly. Dr had great bed side manners and listens to me. Didn't feel rushed. Would definitely go back when need to.

Came in wanted to be seen and the check in process was quick and easy. Staff were friendly and professional. Doctors listened to my concerns and made me feel comfortable with my visit.

Scheduling was great. The PA I saw is amazing she is always so helpful. The wait time was ridiculous tho. Waited over an hour for my appointment and to be seen. But after that was given time with the staff.

I was a walk-in experiencing  a sore shoulder. The wait time was quick and was seen within 10 minutes. Everyone was nice and courteous.

I absolutely abhor going to any kind of doctor or clinic, but this visit was as nice as it could have been- so a review seems necessary. Both ladies behind the counter were very friendly & on point with me as well as with the other patients who were coming & going. The doctor I saw was fantastic. Her bedside manner was kind, & her questions were thorough. She balanced a comforting sense of humor with confident professionalism. Unfortunately I can't remember her name... she was reasonably tall, if that helps :)

The staff at the clinic were very friendly and worked to get my kids and I in and out in a timely manner. I would recommend this clinic because the staff provided great customer service.
