All aspect - facility, front office, nurse and doctor were great!

The entire staff is super nice. It’s a clean office space and they get you in and out.

I needed my son to be seen urgently without the wait time of an emergency room. I went online and was able to book an appointment within the hour. When we arrived the front staff was so nice and the care team was so attentive they even started care in the lobby. They listened to my concerns and did everything to make sure my son was taken care of. They also answered all of my questions so thoroughly and friendly. I would HIGHLY recommend Nitehawk. I have had to take my daughter a couple of times and I gladly travel the hour to continue to use them. Thank you all for being so gracious and patient.

Woke up this morning and still not feeling well. Made appt on line and got in very quickly. Everyone was very attentive and professional.

Every single staff member is so kind. I LOVE this place. I love it so much I drive 30mins out of my way to come here instead of the ones near my house. The doctors truly hear my concerns and treat my son with compassion. It is so rare to find good doctors that care about you. Thank you to the front desk, the nurse and doctor we saw today. Overall, my visit was a very pleasant one. I simply don’t like filling in forms online. But the staff was excellent!
