I had such a great experience at AFC Urgent Care! I called this morning to confirm that they accepted my insurance, and I was so relieved to hear that they did. It has been incredibly difficult finding a healthcare provider that accepts my coverage, so hearing that was already a huge relief. Scheduling couldn’t have been easier since I was able to walk in the same day without an appointment. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy at all, and the check-in process was quick, simple, and completely hassle-free. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, welcoming, and professional. What I appreciated most was how comfortable they made me feel and how attentive they were to my concerns. They took the time to listen and address my needs without making me feel rushed or dismissed. My baby wasn’t feeling good and I was able to easily book an appointment for him. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming. They handled him with care and was very patient getting his vitals and checking him out. I would definitely recommend coming here to get taken care of.

Been good overall is good stuff is good and friendly and the Nurse Practitioner is wonderful

The scheduling was easy. The diagnosis by Dr. Uzonna felt rushed and we felt like she ignored/missed the signs of an infection that only got worse overnight. We had to come back the next morning and see a different doctor who diagnosed the infection and prescribed antibiotics.

The staff provided great customer service. They’ve provided me and my daughter feedback for our concerns which were really helpful.

My daughter was sick running fever. I was able to get her seen same day. The environment and staff was welcoming. The nurse was sweet, kind while screening my child. Doctor was quick. I had such a great experience, I have switched over our pcp.

Dr. Bridges is the epitome of a fantastic pediatrician. Kind, amazing bedside manner, comforting, thorough and all around a great person. Highly recommend.
