This is my second time having my children be seen by FNP Ugboaja and she is truly such an amazing provider. Her bedside manners are great she listens is attentive and is very knowledgeable. I love that there is no wait time when check in and providers are very reliable.

I did a walk in. Thank goodness for this place. I didn’t wait too long since I was coughing, chest so congested, tired.  I was kindly and carefully treated. I got my prescription and was ready to leave for home and rest.  Highly recommended!!

Got in easily . Elbow infected and swollen . Nothing for pain. Needed steroid shot in elbow joint. Was told to ice it and take naproxen. Got worse. In Emergency now they are giving me antibiotics for he infection. Trip there was useless.

They got me in right at 8:20 because I called a little bit before then and they were like yes come now and we’re very very fast efficient and had all the facts information and ran all the tests now waiting on results, but the staff was all very efficient and caring, and the nurse practitioner or doctor was super informative about what was going on and her opinion on all of it as well as including all the medical facts and things I need to watch out for and make sure I had everything I needed to go home with until we get the results. Got rx for infection the next morning; doctor sent it in right away. Very thankful for them staying and taking me in as the last patient and helping me figure out what’s going on.

I went into the clinic for covid testing and the nurse practitioner that I saw this morning was very rude to me she asked me what kind of medication I was taking for the symptoms I told her ibuprofen and she said rudely that not how you say ibuprofen and she was speeding up very quickly during my visit rudely once she found out my covid test was negative ive never been that uncomfortable and disrespected at afc urgent but the front desk staff and the medical assistant that waiting on me was excellent.

Was able to walk in and be seen as a new patient for a cold. Registration was easy amd done on my phone. Check in staff was very kind and professional. Medical staff including MA and nurse practitioner were great. I was in and out quickly.

They didnt provide discharge paper work or information

This is our family’s favorite place to go for urgent care. The office is very clean. Check in process is very easy and convenient. Wait time does not take long at all. The staff and providers are very friendly and polite. Bedside manner is excellent. I would recommend this clinic.

The medicine was given has not helped my cough and sickness feeling.

My daughter woke up with a sore throat and I was able to get her an appointment the same day. Chen-in was super fast. Staff always welcoming and friendly. The doctor was amazing listening to all my concerns and giving me answers. Definitely recommend to anyone. Thanks so much truly appreciate it.

A great friendly staff and quick service, would definitely go again and recommend to anyone needing their services.
