Had a 1:30 PM appointment via your computer system and arrived early to find that the office was closed for lunch and will reopen at 2:00 PM. You have a pen pail marked “ DIRTY”. I was 1st patient to show up and check in. There was 1 scheduled patient ahead of me. There was an hour delay d/t staffing arrival delays. High traffic and construction anything is possible. The care given was beyond exceptional. From the check in clerk to the intake nurse and then the NP, all were super caring and professional. Totally worth the wait. This Nextcare facility is my go to!

I needed to be seen late in the evening and was able to get an appointment almost immediately. There was little wait time, staff was verry pleasant and efficient and I saw the doctor right away. It was an excellent experience and I would use this urgent care again-highly recommended!

It was so Easy to schedule online and there was no wait  at all. I  also was able to get my child seen at the same time.  The doctor was very nice and professional. The girls up front are always smiling and ready to help you. I use this urgent care more than my doctors because it is easy and the quality of care is just great.

Everyone is always so nice, patient and attended to my daughter's needs. It was her 2nd most recent visit for a different ailment, but they helped her just the same.

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

First time patient and the experience was excellent from the responsiveness of the staff to the quality of the care to the efficiency of the process!

I came in for an urgent care visit late in the evening when the other urgent care centers were closed. NP Debela was caring, empathetic, nonjudgmental and highly knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better provider. I’m very satisfied with the care I received and will return to her next time.
