Pediatric urgent care near me in Vienna, VA

If you find that you need an urgent care center, this place is open on Sundays. I immediately made an appointment this morning, feb 18, 2024. I had to work today, was about 20 minutes late for my appt, and they were so pleasant when I arrived. I thought I had an ear infection; turns out I had a massive amount of ear wax in my left ear. Sarah and Jessica were very friendly and personable. Doctor Courtney was also very thorough. I'll be picking up my prescription at Walgreens tomorrow. Sarah was gentle and she removed so much wax from my ear. What a blessing to have this urgent care center near my job. I highly reccomend this amazing urgent care center.❤🙏

This was our first time coming to PM Pediatrics. I wish I would have know about it sooner. The physician was very knowledgeable. She is a pediatric ER physician. After her thorough exam, she gave us the time we needed to talk and ask questions. I felt very comfortable with her recommendations.

The furniture is torn old and disgusting. That’s same furniture from first day it was opened. How much money would it take to replace 10 hard chairs and a few tables!!!

I had a 5:15 appointment and when I checked in I was not told that the office was 90 minutes behind. I waited till 6pm and when asked I was told I was next. The next person taken was a walk in that arrived after me. I then waited until 6:50 to be taken back. Didn't leave until 7 pm. A two hour appointment with reservations is unacceptable especially since I was not told. My app was a follow up and I would have rescheduled given the information of the long wait. Better communication would be appreciated

Had a very painful and infected cyst on my back, the ladies up front were amazing and the doctor took very good care of me. I will definitely go back for any medical needs

Love this facility but went recently and they basically the exit instructions weren't clear went in for knee pain, they did an X-ray only for the AP to come in and say not only did she not give me anything for pain I explain I had been taking Motrin and Meloxicam not once did she give me any instructions about the meds but keep taking them, but I should've been informed not to take those together

I was pleased that I could get an appointment the same day. Staff were friendly and compassionate Given medication to help with my pain at my visit. I would have like to have more explanation of my medication and my diagnosis. I had a hard time finding the place. Had to ask couple of people where it was located. Booked online . I haven’t seen my bill yet, so don’t know the cost. Checkin was very easy. Only 1 sheet of paper, to fill out. Did not ask about present medication, allergies or history, which I was surprised about. I walk in and I finish so early staff is so nice and doctors are very coprative excellent
