Went to urgent care because I am still experiencing flu-like symptoms after 4 weeks, but my family and coworkers were all concerned thinking it may be walking pneumonia. Scheduling the appointment was easy, the wait time was good, the staff was nice but looked tired. The only complaint I have is I don’t think my flu, strep, and covid swabs were done correctly unless it changed in the last few months the person who did it barely swabbed anything and did it so quickly which led me to believe I didn’t get accurate results. Luckily I have a f/u with my pcp and I know for sure they will redo it accurately. I would recommend going here if you have Medicaid or insurance where you don’t have to pay out of pocket for the service.

I was diagnosed with Covid and I've never had it before. It's getting worse in my chest not sure what to do. Scared. Staff was great though. There has to be some meds that can give me. Thank u.

Diagnosed with a sinus infection. I'm very happy with the care I received. PA, Ashley was very attentive and knowledgeable. Front office staff were great as well. Facility was very clean. Glad I decided to visit NextCare.

The staff and Pa were very friendly and professional! Had tried 3 other walk in clinic and couldn't get in for an hour so I decided to come here! Got right in and got what I needed within 30 minutes! I highly recommended them

Had issues scheduling on line but was able to see how many people were waiting. Drove to the location and was seen within 10 minutes. The entire staff was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. Loved Ms McWhorter! Highly recommend!

Don’t remember his name, but I have seen the same doctor at this location a handful of times over the last few years. He is always very personable, and cares about getting me as healthy as possible. It is a relief to receive great care on short notice, which keeps me coming here.

Have horrible case of bronchitis.. getting worse Cough is not manageable even wit Tessalon Perles AND Delsym combined.. I even added 1/4 NyQuil though not supposed to whole body aches from coughing fits  FNP 11/27 too extra care high dose antibiotics shot and steroid to prevent pneumonia THANK YOU I don’t remember the last time I was this sick .. I RARELY get sick this must be the makeup version for the years of health :(

I have issues with wax. Waiting a shirt home I was a walk in and they took care of my needs. The NP & the nurse who haloes me were great!
