I couldn’t get an app with my doctor so I called this urgent are which was close to my house. They were very friendly and helpful and I saw the doctor in 15 minutes so no wait time really. This is my first time here which I am glad they are here close to my house.

Have been treated there many times over the past year. Excellent care. Clean and tidy. Medical staff excellent especially Dr Andrew Nguyen. I strongly recommend this facility if you need urgent care. I’ve always received outstanding medical care there. I’ve gone there with and without making an appointment beforehand. No appointment meant a LITTLE wait which is to be expected.

I tested positive for Covid on Thursday night and I made an appointment for telehealth because I didn’t want to leave my house;I was too sick. The Dr was awesome and listened to my concerns about taking Paxflovid that has many side effects. She recommended I purchase a pulse oximeter to check my oxygen levels which I ordered right after our call. Costa Mesa urgent care has always given me excellent service during my various health crisis in person and now with Telehealth. I am glad they are there when I need them
