Staff was great and took us in immediately in a holiday weekend. This was the only facility we found open and was well worth the 15 minute drive. Convenient location and outstanding staff that was caring and very responsive. Highly recommend!!

I made an appointment after seeing the notification that x-rays were available on site. As soon as we got there, we were told there was an x-ray machine, but no x-ray technician, not just that day but every day. Then we were told to see a provider who would give us a referral to the emergency room, which was actually completely unnecessary. When we got into the examination room, we discovered the provider was an iPad tablet no x-ray technician, no actual medical professional anywhere on site. The two young women at the desk were wonderful and embarrassed about the situation, but clearly it wasn’t their fault. I never go anywhere near this urgent care center again.
