She prescribed an antibiotic and explained to me clearly the difficulty to really know that the antibiotics would work, given that it might be caused by a virus. Luckily for me the antibiotics worked. I had a great experience in that I felt my condition was being carefully considered and the choices understood. The x-ray technician was very friendly and helpful when I couldn't unclasp my necklace. All-in-all I highly recommend this team of doctors and technicians.
