I walked in urgent care so they could check out my left knee from a fall. Within minutes I was in a room and soon after I had X-rays. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this office.

It’s a bit ambiguous that one can make a “reservation” but not schedule an appointment. I was able to make a reservation online and arrived fifteen minutes early. Although I had a very good experience overall, it was ridiculous that I had to wait for almost an hour to see the NP. For such a large facility to have only one practitioner on a Sunday is unfair to us patients, and in my opinion burdensome to the NP as well. As a result, this left me with a negative feeling about Atlantic Health Urgent Care because there was nothing urgent about it.

Institution states they will not take an insurance payment for any type of "physical exam" even if your insurance will pay for it they force you to pay out of pocket. Let you schedule the appointment just to inform you once you've arrived for your appointment and not before hand. This procedure needs to be evaluated and changed. I would recommend so far for any other service.

First would like to say like to everyone working the day I came in. Had a bad fall and had to have stitches removed. Place was very nice and clean got an appointment right when I needed it. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The doctor and the pa on site were very friendly, kind and considerate of all my needs. I also had to have X-rays done to check something I didn’t feel when I fell a week before. With no problem they were also done and thankfully all was ok. I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.

Very pleased with the overall experience here. Receptionist was very pleasant as well as the support staff we encountered. Saw Dr. Mary Wolter who was very personable and easy to talk to. She performed a thorough exam and answered any questions or concerns we had. Never felt rushed. Office and patient rooms were immaculate.
