Woke up with a sore throat and was able to walk in right when they opened at 8am and be seen within 15 minutes including the time checking in. They had a prescription waiting at my pharmacy on my way home so I could start the medication right away. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend for urgent care needs!

The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.

I was in elbow/shoulder pain and they made me very comfortable. I had a low grade fever and fatigue over the weekend and walked in on Monday. Waited maybe 5 minutes. Staff was attentive, ran some tests, did a chest x-ray and concluded I had some viral infection. Wrote me an Rx for conjunctivitis, but just told me to rest and drink plenty of fluids, take Ibuprofen every 4 hours, which I have been doing. As of Wednesday morning I still have the chills and fever, so I wish they would have given me a Z pack. I will see how today goes but may need to come back.
