They had a prescription waiting at my pharmacy on my way home so I could start the medication right away. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and answered all my questions. I was a walk in. The check in though was a hassle. You register on an epad and then you have to use your phone to finish the process. My phone was not compatible with their wifi, a process I really don't like since there's human being in front of me that could perfectly do it. Too much reliance on technology is off putting. An older person will find this very complicated and unnecessary.
