I scheduled an appointment for 12:30. I arrived at the office at 12:10. I was told it would be at least 1 1/2 hours before being seen. It would be on the computer with a doctor. I left because that was unacceptable. The office person was very nice and apologetic. I decided to go to another medical group in the area.

When it turned out my pharmacy was closed for Labor Day, staff very helpful changing prescription to alternate pharmacy.
