I don't like that I had to wait for more than 40 minutes to an hour for a urine test. There was nobody waiting in the lobby but me. I could hear the staff chatting with the manager about random topics, and they totally forgot I was there waiting for just a urine test.

I made an appointment on Solve (very easy) for an earache and scratchy throat. The aide that greeted me as I walked in was so very kind and helpful. After only being in the actual room for a couple minutes the Dr came in and was wonderfully knowledgeable. She diagnosed my ear situation promptly. The NP was ok But the medical assistant inserted the needle too deep in my veins or either the needle was too big l bleed a lot after she took out the needle the blood was so much it’s dripping into my white pans, at my age that was the first time that happening to me l think she needs more training in that level.
