          I have been to this facility a few times when I have had to take my child in times when her Pediatrician was away. They have taken care of her and even given me a referral so that I may take her to a specialist to further evaluate her. It's not very far from my home at all. I'm glad they are also available after my child gets out of school, since her pediatrican's last appt. is at 3:30, I have time to go to Metro-UrgiCare and feel reassured.

          Everything was very easy from start to finish during the appointment. The check in process was easy where I was able to complete the paperwork all online and get everything submitted before even arriving to the clinic.           I had a shoulder pain so I walked into the Clinic. Check-in was very easy and straight forward.  Staff were warm and welcoming and the wait time was under 20 minutes. Care were very professional, The overall staff were caring I would recommend.

          The wait for the tests results were meant to be for 10mins or so. But we waited nearly 1 hour before the Physician was consulted with the tests results, and then we were seen by the Physician. All the other patients who came into the Urgent Care after us were all seen and had left before us.
