Overall, I was very satisfied. Only issue was the wait time. We were not seen by a prqcti9ner until almost an hour after appointment time. They had only been open for 1 hour and 15 minutes. To be that far behind that early seems extreme.

Scheduling was easy, I did it the night before. When I arrived, I was 2nd in line according to their link, and there didn’t seem to be many people there. Still, it took over an hour to be taken back and nearly 2 hours when all was said and done. This is my Urgent Care clinic of choice, but I’ve never seen this doctor before and it’s never taken this long in the past. Still, I would continue to use this clinic. Staff were friendly and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy promptly.

She was genuinely kind to my little and showed she cared, not just trying to rush us out of the room, and this was amid a very huge spike in cases during the holidays. Scheduled less than 1 hour before arriving at end of day like possibly the last patients and they took excellent care of my daughter. So quickly and testing completed rapidly . The provider was very kind and understanding. She met our needs and meds were given there . Pharmacy got the order we picked up before 9pm. The staff was all amazing !!
