          Everytime I come here Dr. A always take good care of my kids. Her bedside manner is impeccable. Yes the cost was what I expected. I would definitely recommend her. Would love to have her as my kids’ pediatrician! She is very informative , caring, and I’ve grown to trust her.

          Overall, we received great care and the staff was friendly. We had a scheduled appointment. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment. We waited for 50 minutes in the waiting area. Then an additional 45-50 minutes before we saw a provider with no updates of when we’d be seen. Otherwise, we would give a 5 star review.  We’ve visited this location before and had different experiences …. Maybe this is a one off situation but please work on your scheduling

          I sliced my finger and they got me in very quickly and took very good care of me. They cleaned up my wound and we figured out I needed stitches and Angel did them and she was absolutely amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and okay throughout the whole process.           The staff was very friendly but what i did not appreciate is having my daughter misdiagnosed with an ear infection, I had my daughter checked again with her pediatrician the next day and it was made very clear that she did not have an ear infection and did not need antibiotics. Thankfully her pediatrician diagnosed her correctly and she is now getting the proper care/treatment she needs.

          Grandson was coughing and congested and fever ,couldn't get into his Dr. so we went back to afc Urgent Care because we got great care last year. Everyone was so sweet and good with him. It's very appreciated. He is 8 and likes going there because they help him he said.Very prompt with calling in his medicines . Thank you so much.           We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.
