I hesitated all week about going to my local indigo, but with everyone in the household sick, I knew I couldn’t put it off any longer. Taking two kids under three along made it even more daunting. Without an appointment, I opted for a walk-in and was the second person through the door. Surprisingly, I was seen within 5 to 7 minutes of opening. The staff was friendly, the place was spotless, and they were especially kind to my kids. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend it and will likely be back sooner than later, given how toddlers tend to pick up every germ in sight. Stay well! And thanks again indigo star!! ⭐️

Called and put my name on the wait list and when I arrived to the facility I was seen right away. Staff was courteous and knowledgeable and comforting.  I would recommend this provider.

Dr. Bowles is PHENOMENAL! If he had his own practice, I would choose him as my PCP.

Easy check in, Quick wait, In N out Within an hour only because on I need blood work drawn. And my veins weren't given blood today. I just said no, but that's O k, usually it's less than 30 minutes in and out. Cut my paperwork supposed to go to a different clinic. So I can get scans done. And the one of the clinics that they recommended. I've already been to which is nice easy and convenient. And they told me that within 1 to 3 days. I should have results. Also I got a free bottle of water. Which was offered to me. While I was waiting to be seen in my room. Still wait easier than going to the e Still wait easier than going to the ER

Listened and provided great care. Appointment was quick, convenient and overall great experience.  Really appreciate the friendly staff and care shown for my wellbeing.

The doc and other staff were really nice but a couple things. First, once we got all the way home from appt, the doc called and asked if we could drive back because he forgot to check lungs and heart. We don’t live super far so we did, but it was pretty inconvenient and also felt really odd he just forgot these basic things. Second, he was diagnosed with a concussion but the note we were given for school was really weird and didn’t even mention concussion - just mentioned the accommodations he would need for a concussion… the school nurse was going to call for more clarification because it was written so odd - but this caused more work for everyone so not sure why it wasn’t written clearer from beginning. Other than those things it was a good experience and the doc was caring and friendly.

I really love the staff here. They make you feel cared for and important.  Michelle was our MA and was especially helpful. If there is anything I don’t like is the wait. Appt. was 4 pm, came in at 3:30 because we were able to. Got into a room at 4:40, and left at 5 pm. These guys are working to get people in as soon as possible-I saw that. I guess it’s the nature of the urgent care, as more urgent needs come in and they need to be seen right and then. All this said, even still, I would highly recommend this place to family and friends, letting them know, about the nature of waiting at urgent care places. It’s a gamble.

Don't know how to rate scheduling since I was a walk in. I get there are people ahead of Mr that scheduled an appointment. I checked at just over 3:15. I was told there was a 3 and a half hour rate. Better than waiting than myapoointment with my doctor that I couldn't see until May 9th. Anyway, I am used to first come first serve. People that scheduled a appointment after my check in time was put ahead of me. I went from 8th place to 11th place. Looking at their waiting in place app there were more than the original 8 on the list. So, it didn't make any sense to me. That said the people at the clinic were awesome. All were really nice and professional. They are an example for all clinics to follow. I would recommend them.

I have recurrent sinusitis. Elizabeth Kozloff is efficient with giving me feedback on ways to deal with it and things to do at home to ease my discomfort. I have seen her several times and have received the the best care. My experience with her is excellent. As well as being checked in and wait time once being brought to exam room. I would and do recommend indigo urgent care to others who is in need of a great medical team for when they are not feeling well. Thank you for the continued great medical visit!

My daughter sprained her ankle during practice and we needed an xray to rule out fracture. It was the end of day for this location but they were able to squeeze my daughter in. From the front desk, the intake nurse, the tech who escorted my daughter to xray, the ARNP and the med assistant who wrapped up the visit were amazing! Thank you for not making us feel rushed nor a burden. A wonderful all female staff. 👏

Had a sudden allergic reaction and they took great care of me. Immediately realized that I was not doing well and went right into action. Appreciate their attentiveness, awareness and kindness in their treatment.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

Had an inflamed left foot and was looked at by the doctor in a very reasonable amount of time.

I had to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in first thing the next morning. Everyone was so extremely friendly, from being checked in to the very end getting my discharge papers. I never felt uncomfortable or uneasy asking for what i needed. 100% would recommend and if ever needed will return.

I have been feeling ill for a while. My Dr office couldn't get me for a week. Made an appointment online. Waited for only about 5 min. Everyone at office was great. Got tests done and a breathing treatment done and it was less that an hour from start to finish. My nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and caring. I had an excellent experience
