First, this: the office location was not what I expected, so I wasn't sure quite what I'd find inside.  Honestly, nothing bad about the location, but the exterior signage is a bit lacking. Inside, the front desk staff was friendly, efficient, very easy to check in. For the actual medical visit, Dr. Danh was great.  Seemed willing to spend time and listen to me, gave me a few recommendations to consider beyond the immediate concern that brought me to the clinic.  I can't say I've ever "enjoyed " a visit to a doctor's office or clinic, but this place was a nice surprise.  If I didn't already have a primary care provider, I'd definitely consider making this my go-to practice for medical care.

I absolutely love my experience with the NP Kirra. The empathy, knowledge, and remembering me from my last visit with her goes a long way. Caring enough to check on me after I called back was top tier! I absolutely love her!

Pleasant setting. Fast sign in and quickly roomed. Tx staff were sharp, quick, experienced and good-humoured.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I highly recommend Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care

If one has to be sick this is the fast and friendly initial place to go. Highly recommend

Appreciated that same day appointments were available. Also, the medical assistant suggested a couple additional tests after I described my child’s symptoms, which ended up being a really good call. She was diagnosed for something different than what I brought her in for and grateful the team suggested to run other tests.

I was here out of state with my daughter and we both had the flu. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful as they were dealing with our out of state insurance. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing urgent care.

The staff is so good with my toddler. They were so patient and understanding and even provide snacks and beverages for both. It was such a great experience and will recommend them to everyone I know.

Our son was having some issues so we went and scheduled online. It was easy. Showed up on time and our wait was short. Staff was all super friendly.

Everything was great.  The staff is super friendly, and treat you like a family member who isn’t well.  Scheduling was very efficient as well.  I was a walk in and they notified me so I didn’t have to wait in the lobby.  I really appreciate that level of organization.

Walked in at 2:00pm and Marco said there were no openings until 4:00pm. What I liked was that I could leave and come back, as well as fill out the forms online ahead of that time. The whole process was very easy and pleasant. Marco was there to answer any questions I had and assisted me in the process.  The other two women who cared for me were excellent in their professionalism and bedside manner. ARNP SARAH, and nurse who prepped me were wonderful!
