Awakened w a sore throat, pounding headache & cough. Think a fever too. Wonderful staff here. Felt very well taken care of. I would highly recommend them.

Scheduled the appointment the night before and was able to pick a time that was convenient for me.  Staff was great, got me in and out quickly.  Will definitely be back if I need help again.

My husband has Alzheimer’s and everyone was very professional and friendly and understanding his issues.  This is the second time we have been here and I have recommended friends go for urgent care.

Everyone was fantastic. All the children's urgent cares were full so we took my son in for a persistent fever on advice of our pediatrician. We were in and out in 20 minutes and felt like we got excellent care.

Easy in and easy out. I just wish there was more seats to sit on. People tend to bring a plus one and I wasn’t able to sit so I stood outside in the rain until I saw a seat open.

My visit only took 2 hours (without an appointment). Once taken in the exam room they completed a thorough exam without any delays. Very pleasant staff /experience when I was not feeling good.

Showed up at the Ruston urgent care location for a walk in, learned about the crazy wait time but also the app, so I installed Solv and found that the Tacoma urgent care location has appointments available to schedule that day, where Ruston only had tomorrow. So I scheduled one just 30 minutes away, rushed to the office and the app knew I was there so I checked in, talked to the receptionist, she already had my insurance and stuff from the app scanning my card👍 so she photoed my ID and told me I'd have a 45 minute wait. I was excited for this. I left and used the wait list on the app to track my position in line, and showed up, was seen pretty much right away, dental assistant was kind, put in all the info, doctor came in right away, got the antibiotics I needed immediately. Pharmacy had my prescription ready soon as I got there, within 10 minutes probably. The whole experience was pretty amazing and even though it was sudden and I was in pain, had to learn about the app and whatnot, it was so easy. Very impressed.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. I came in with a very sore lower leg redness. The physician did a thorough exam with great explanations and a treatment plan. This clinic has a great check in system. All the staff were so nice and polite 🐝

I feel bad because I do not remember her name but the doctor was a very nice. So kind towards the sensitive nature of the issue. Really appreciate her.
