My knee has progressively got worse over the last week. Woke up and I can barely move it. Got on Solv and made an appointment and was seen right away. They did x-rays also. Kind and helpful staff and care provider.

Mary Bridge Children's Urgent Care is my favorite urgent care to go to. Convenient online scheduling, easy check-in process, fast wait times, concerns are addressed appropriately, friendly staff, and you're out in about an hour from start to finish. The only area that could be improved is if you have questions after your appointment, it's hard to get a hold of anyone, and then you don't get a call back. This is on a Saturday, I had very badly infected thumb with great pain I had been awake most of the night and was exhausted when I arrived I was greeted by a extremely friendly and professional medical staff. There was a wait time,but I was told that I could go home and they would text me when it time for my appointment and I could return. I was able to go home and rest. I was texted a about 2hrs later, when I arrived back again I was seeing the Doctor after a less than 10min wait . He was calm and professional and friendly, he was able to diagnosis my problem with my thumb and set a course of treatment. This was a positive experience, the fact that I was able to go home and return making the wait time seem considerably less was a bonus. Great staff Great experience.

My experience at this clinic was mediocre. I had an appointment so my wait time was a few minutes before I was seen when I walked into the exam room, I noticed that the computer monitor was on and displayed my full chart for anyone that could walk by. This really bothers me because that’s my protected health information on full display. And I know, for a fact that MultiCare has a policy for staff to lock the computer when you leave the room in order to protect PHI, and that clearly was not done. The provider who saw me was overall very flat. Was he nice? Sure. But I did not feel heard during my visit. His tone of voice was very flat and disinterested, he hardly made eye contact with me, which made me feel like my reason for coming was not important. I was telling him why I was coming in and my concerns and he wasn’t even looking at me!  I probably won’t return to this clinic.

Scheduling was easy via Solv, but no coordination between Solv and the office resulted in multiple duplicate bookings and unacceptable wait time.  2:30 appointment confirmed by Solv, actual check-in 4:55.  Staff was friendly and courteous, but front desk staff was overwhelmed.  Provider and staff were prompt once I was checked in and appointment was quick and efficient.  Care and bedside manner were top notch.

Scheduling online is easy.  The wait time was long but everything else including the dr was good.

Got in to room pretty quickly. Doctor was fantastic. Total time for visit was about an hour, which included waiting for Covid/flu test result.

I filled out all the forms in the app prior to arrival with my updated info but none of that transferred to their system.  They had to gather it all again.  Rather inefficient.  But it was still a pleasant process.

Had an eczema flair up that was different from how it usually shows up and my usual medication wasn’t bringing relief. Looked at my local Indigos to see who had appointments and Puyallup had openings. Receptionist and MA were efficient, got in right away. My PA was knowledgeable and I liked her humor. Grateful for Indigo.

So convenient to go on the phone app and find an appointment! Got in early and I don't think I waited 5 minutes before I was taken back. Was in and out in probably 15 minutes or less with a prescription sent to my Pharmacy.

Staff and nurses were really nice. When it came time for the doctor to come in he seemed nice and had good intentions but his bedside manner wasn't very great. I was in immense pain, and had to drive myself due to it being a weekday. Was under a lot of stress and after doing a quick evaluation he spent quite a while on his computer in silence. Just to lean over a bit later and tell me I needed to go to the ER. He did his job, and didn't do anything outright bad, just felt a bit disconnected from the patient unlike other doctors I had been seen by during previous occasions at the same place.

The doctor was amazing. No waiting. Friendly staff.

I LOVED my first visit with Dr.Sarah Phillips.She is an amazing and sweet person to get along with especially for myself as a new patient.I will recommend her to any of my friends and families.The whole staff in the clinic along with the receptionist are tremendously amazing.

I was a walk-in appointment. Swollen eye from a bug bite. My work wanted it evaluated. Received quality care.

I was able to choose a Labcorp location and schedule an appointment. Check in was easy, and I only needed to provide my name and DOB. They were able to locate my order in their system. They were already aware that my labs were paid for prior to the appointment. I had my labs done on a Wednesday, and I received my results by Saturday. Great experience.

I was very surprised with my experience here. My appointment was made very quickly. I was seen in a very short period of time. My test results came back in a very timely manner. I was able to speak with a doctor soon after and was taking care of. I was very satisfied with the experience I had here. I definitely recommend using them for any issues you have or any questions you may have.
