Visited SoCal Urgent Care for the first time regarding a car accident. From receptionist to the medical staff very attentive & professional. Would stronly recommend  this clinic for any medical needs. Thank you once again !

All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

This was a great place. Everyone was very nice and caring. We Loved that there was an X-ray tech and machine onsite. Is definitely recommend as well as go back if I ever need to.

Made my appointment on the App super easy when I got there got signed in right away filled out some information and got check right away they also sent my prescription to my nearest pharmacy!

Wait time and available slots were great. Staff processed me and I was in and out quickly. Will definitely use again and recommend due to ease of use, speed, willingness of staff to assist. Staff were helpful. Provided insurance info marion and there were no out of pocket costs.Check-in was convenient.

Woke up with Covid, and called and made an appointment! I love that there was no wait, no complaints from staff due to me having Covid and they were very friendly!

Having been to other urgent care clinics, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly I was accommodated! Everyone was very personable and the doctor explained my condition very well. Now, I won't go anywhere else.

The care was amazing from the guy who checked us in to Dr. Al, but the X-ray tech today telling my 5 year old to lie down and not move “or he will hold her head down” didn’t work for me. Being in the medical field, I can tell you that’s never ok. Especially with pediatrics who are already terrified. He was rude, unprofessional and must have forgotten he was dealing with a CHILD. I would give him a 1/5 and everyone else a 5/5.

David the NP has great beside manner. My dad generally is a very quiet guy and normally won’t talk to providers out of shyness. This was the first time I had seen him feel comfortable enough to share his symptoms with a provider.

In a word - wonderful! We love PM Pediatrics and were blown away by the staff's care and genuine concern for our child, beautiful office and convenient hours. There was barely a wait, too! Special thanks to Dr. Srinivasan, Colleen, Bisma (SP? radiology tech) and the whole team for your awesome care! You have our trust.
