We arrived at 9:00 and the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I was in and out, I loved that I was seen quickly. The Dr. and staff were very friendly.

Went it as a walk in for twisted ankle first time here staff was amazing very professional helpful. Doctors were very caring knowledgeable. Newport Urgent care is the best.

First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

I have had a pretty bad cough for 8 days. Congestion the is colored. I’m am not fast to jump to going to the doctors but felt after a week with no improvements, it was time.  I work so very thankful they were able to see me last appointment of the day. Front office was super friendly and helpful. Back office was also very pleasant and I feel did more than the physician.  Doctor came in listened to my breathing, asked if I had asthma, which I do not. Said I had no fever so just wait it out with cough syrup and inhaler.  In the room for maybe 5 minutes, did not look into my ears, did not look into my mouth, did not ask any other questions?  Now it is 2 days later and I am coughing so bad I can breath and going to make an appointment with my primary. So waste of $145.  Maybe I’m crazy and tgat is all doctors do now?

All staff were so friendly and kind. No waiting and they got me in and out in 10 minutes. They also took my Kaiser insurance saving me a 4 hour trip to the emergency/urgent care at the Kaiser facility.

Both the doctor and the nurse I saw were great, I feel like I was very well taken care of and heard, they alleviated my concerns, informed me clearly, and gave me a clear plan of action. I wish that doctor could be my primary care physician actually. It was awesome!

The receptionist has zero people skills. I usually don't care about an individual's social behavior. But when I'm in pain, it's better when people are at least a little kind. The NP and radiologist were amazing.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Kept checking on me once I was in the exam room. Actually asked if I would like some water. Five stars, great attitudes all around, thank you

Love the convenience of making appointments online. I’ve been there twice now and both times the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the place is kept impeccably clean.

The staff were friendly and attentive, and the care was excellent. Once I got used to using a QR code to check in, I really liked it. But mostly I appreciate the excellent quality of care.

When I arrived I saw that the parking lot was totally full and I had to park at Walgreens. I figured that I was going to be there for a long time. I was wrong. I was in and out with new meds in less then 40 mins.

Staff sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy

Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.
