So amazing these caring souls that work here! I came in last minute with my daughter and in the kerfuffle of illness and getting her there on time we forgot her ID. The appointment I had originally was at 6:30 and they close at 7. We didn’t get back there with the ID until 6:50. The angel at the front desk called me to see if I was still coming! They helped us thoroughly, thoughtfully and with incredible kindness. Thank you immensely.

This was my first time scheduling a virtual appointment.  It was very easy to schedule.  When it was time to check in, I got a message saying the phone number I entered wasn’t the one on file, which was an error - I’ve never had any other phone number since I began using Marque.  I was able to work around that & got connected.  While waiting, my camera worked fine.  Once the doctor/NP joined the call, my camera stopped working.  I reported this to Solv.  However, the doctor/NP still moved forward with the visit, asking questions about my symptoms, etc.  She was lovely throughout the call & I will definitely use the virtual option whenever possible.  Maybe I need to use a different device!

It was a long wait but it was understandable . The doctor was understandable and he was able to diagnose his symptoms.

Nothing bad to say it's the greatest Urgent Care Everyone from the front desk to the provider were great very cautious and careful with everything pertaining to the patient care, knowledgeable love it highly recommended.Thank you ❤️

Everything went great the only thing is when you have appointments it should be on time not have to wait other than that all was great

Scheduled my appointment online the night before. Super easy online process. Had my appointment set at 1:30pm, and I arrived at 1:20pm. Didn't get checked in until 2:30pm... Front office staff service was underpar today. Usually there's 2 people, but I noticed only 1 new worker struggling by herself. Other than that, excellent clinic. Everything is clean as always, staff is friendly as always.
