Super easy to schedule. Checking in was just as easy. The staff was super nice and very helpful. The Dr was very caring and answered an my questions. I would totally recommend this clinic

Woke up with Covid, and called and made an appointment! I love that there was no wait, no complaints from staff due to me having Covid and they were very friendly!

NP was informed and professional at all times. Staff pleasant and moved patients efficiently

Dr Elias was great, he answered all my concerns. Scheduling was easy.  The staff called me in on time.

Love the convenience of making appointments online. I’ve been there twice now and both times the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. And the place is kept impeccably clean.

I registered online for a virtual appt it said 20 minutes. I waited online for 50 minutes. I called the office and she said they were very busy but she would call me back and triage me. So I went back the virtual screen and it then disconnected me. So I start all over, I called the office she collected my info and charged my card. She told me to go back to the virtual screen. So I waited another 40 minutes and I got a phone call. It was the doctor. I guess we were going to meet over the phone. My previous, in person, visit was fabulous. This one seemed a little unorganized.

Went in for a physical as it was my first time in the office. I was seen by a resident Dr. She was literally in the room for less then 10 minutes. She asked the same questions over and over and wrote things down. Said she would be right back because she was going to talk to the other doctor. I waited for over 45 minutes and I had to go to the front desk to ask what was going on. I saw the resident doctor walk past the room because the door was left open and she walked out with a bag as if she was leaving for lunch or the day. One of the girls at the front desk was kind enough to go talk to the other doctor who l was actually supposed to see as i had scheduled with her. I heard the conversation which was basically print out the referral for blood work and that's it. The doctor didn't even come in the room to at least acknowledge me or apologize for the misunderstanding. Never will I go back here again. Especially being that I stated in the beginning if my appointment, I may be pregnant and basically had to demand a pregnancy test because they weren't going to offer it at all.

I checked in pretty fast. Staff was nice. Waiting for the provider to see me took about 20-30 mins.

Wait time was about 2 hours.  Still waiting on X-ray results.  Provider was very attentive and thorough.

The staff were wonderful and caring. No really caring. I was so impressed.  Was not treated like a number but a person who needs medical attention. It may not be pretty but it’s clean. The doctor and nurses who attended me listen they both listen.  Thank you
