First time visit, very impressive!

I am a patient with Medicare insurance. They accepted my insurance with out any problems or issues. They were able to verify and complete all of my paperwork quickly and efficiently. I was able to book an appointment online and when I arrived, I was in and out within 30 minutes!!! The staff was very friendly and the provider was very patient and knowledgeable about my issues. I recommend them with confidence in their abilities to help you.

I went in for a Covid test my original appointment was at 6:30 they were able to take me early at 2:15 Staff was very friendly and polite

Thank goodness for the kind people at Stat Med. My 81 year old husband tested positive with a home kit the day before Christmas. Couldn't get into John Muir Health or his doctor. We "walked" into Stat Med and had our test, plus a consult with a doctor, in 2 hours. We applaud their dedication to serve our community!

The wait time was a little bit long, but they were able to wrap my sprained ankle and provide me with crutches in an out within one hour.

So quick and easy with an appointment! They had same day appointments available.

Terrible that’s it takes 2 hrs to check in be tested and be seen…. And this is every time I come here. Today my 1 yr old daughter was being seen and though the service is great… protocol to take your toddler out of the car to check in , wait to be told to go back to the car with your toddler and wait again for tests… and then wait again for test results!! Then be called in to wait again for vitals then wait again for the doctor.., to do all this with a toddler is absolutely impossible that my only complaint
