Both the doctor and the nurse I saw were great, I feel like I was very well taken care of and heard, they alleviated my concerns, informed me clearly, and gave me a clear plan of action. I wish that doctor could be my primary care physician actually. It was awesome!

Took 3 hours…40 mins just to get registered, 2.5 to get seen. And that’s with an appointment.  PA in room 30 seconds, no physical exam misconstrued what I said, was a bit rude and just seemed to want to hurry out of the room. Nurse Practitioner was better than PA. Seemed to care.  Told them I did not need prescription pain medication. Said okay but then called in med to my pharmacy anyway.  Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Lady that took out the trash in my room was very nice. X-ray tech was friendly too.

First time here and everyone was super friendly and the facility is really clean. I decided to come here due to symptoms of a sinus infection. I love how easy it was to make an appt, especially same day! I also saw a sign that they take walk ins. Overall great experience!

My Primary Dr. had no available appointments and told me to go to an Urgent Care. I selected Inland Urgent Care, and when I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff! The nurse was so helpful and the Dr. was amazing! He listened and really took his time and answered all of my questions and concerns! I am confident I am on the mend!! Happy I chose Inland Urgent Care!

They were quick and professional.  Staff in the front were caring and helpful.  The lady that checked my vitals was nice.  The main doctor that checked my bum assessed the situation quickly.  I’d have liked it if he asked more questions about my health, but I get that checking someone’s bum isn’t pleasant and practiced hands prefer quick work.
