Thankfully, Hannah (I think that’s the doctor’s name) took me seriously and was set on getting me healthy again. I am so grateful for her; for taking my illness seriously, being so kind and empathetic, and helping me find treatment. If I have to come back again for any reason in the future, I hope I have her!!

Dr. Kenneth Farrell saw my for a lingering cough. He said he was prescribing a steroid for the cough, and when I asked if I could have cough medicine he said he would give promethazine. When I went to pick up my prescription, there was no steroid. Also, his bedside manner was off-putting.
